PROCESSING INFORMATION
Processing of orders Monday through Thursday currently takes 1 business day or 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or a week we are out of town for an event, will not be processed until the next business day. Refer to the Event Section for the dates we'll be out of town.
For same day processing, orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. noon CST on the same day. Including Friday. Any orders placed after 12:00 p.m. noon CST will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Below you will find the different Shipping Options that we offer. All of our shipping options are through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Small Flat Rate Box = $9.00
The small flat rate box is approved for the following products ONLY: Bracelets, Earrings, Keychains, Lip Balm, Lip Scrub (4), Lotion (4), Nail Polish (4), Perler Hair Bows (2), Satin Hair Bows (6), XS and SM Perler Art, Cold Process Soap (4), Vinyl Decals and Wax Melts (4).
Medium Flat Rate Box = $15.00
The medium flat rate box is approved for almost all of our products. You just need to be mindful of what you order so that it will all fit. Our 2-oz. Candles (6) and 4-oz. Candles (6).
Large Flat Rate Box = $20.00
The large flat rate box will hold just about anything you order from our website. It does have some limitations. 2-oz. Candles (8) and 4-oz. Candles (6).
First Class Shipping - No Tracking - No Insurance = $9.00
This is reserved for those smaller items such as Bracelets, Earrings, Keychains, Lip Balm, XS and SM Perler Art and Vinyl Decals. Items to which are the least likely to get damaged in shipping.
Flat Rate Padded Envelope = $9.00
This rate is best used for our T-Shirts.
Specialty Shipping = Inquire
We do have some art work that is a bit larger than some of the packaging rates we offer. In this case, we request that you Contact Us for an exact shipping rate. Some of our LG and XL Perler Art will fit in the Flat Rate Envelopes and Flat Rate Padded Envelopes, but not all of them will.

DISCLAIMER: Once your package has left our facility, we are not legally responsible for it due to carrier mishandling. If the package is damaged during shipping AND you use a delivery method that INCLUDES insurance, you will need to notify us IMMEDIATELY so that we may file a claim with the shipping provider.
